All entries made before 23:59 on 19th April 2024 will be charged an early bird administration fee of $240 USD per entry which must be paid when submitting your entry or entries. Entries submitted after the early bird close will be charged the standard administration fee of $325 USD, with the deadline for submissions being 3rd May 2024. Entries submitted after 3rd May 2024 will be charged the administration fee of $385 USD and must be submitted by the extended deadline of 23:59, 10th April 2024.

The early bird deadline is 19th April 2024. Companies submitting entries on or before this date will make savings on the standard entry fee. The final entry deadline is 3rd May 2024. The extended deadline is 10th May 2024. Any entries after this date will only be accepted at the discretion of the awards team.

No – you can submit an unlimited number of entries in multiple categories. We even offer discounts for multiple entries. Any organization submitting two entries will receive an additional FREE entry. Discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

To submit an entry, please download the entry form, complete it, and upload it (as a Word or PDF document) via the online entry portal found here.

Judges respectfully ask that you do not exceed 1000 words. The word count does not include the company information at the beginning of the form, or the questions contained within the form.

All files must not exceed 2MB each. You can upload up to three supporting documents along with your entry form.

The awards are judged by an esteemed panel of industry leaders and experts. The judging is a rigorous two-stage process including pre-scoring to determine shortlists and a judging meeting where entries are discussed and evaluated in detail to decide the winning entries.

Entries are welcomed from agencies, organizations and teams, working or based in the United States. Organizations and agencies can be large or small, working locally or internationally.
